LOW-FAT COOKING

National Heart Foundations around the world support the use of low fat cooking methods such as the Stonegrill™ method, which use only produce that has been completely trimmed with no extra oils or fats.

THE CONCEPT

Stonegrill™ is an exciting, interactive, dining experience that presents your meal cooking on a heated volcanic rock at your table. The high temperature of the rock sears in all the natural juices and nutrients, giving you a unique rock cooked flavour. When your meal is presented turn over your selection on the rockgrill, then simply cut off one or two bite-size pieces and cook to your liking.

Your meal will remain hot and enjoyable to the last bite.
